Thai Style Corn Soup

Ingredients:
-1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
-2 scallions, thinly sliced
-1 garlic clove, crushed
-2 1/2 cups chicken broth
-15 oz can cream-style corn
-1 1/4 cups cooked, peeled shrimp
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-fresh cilantro leaves, to garnish
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and saute the scallions and garlic over medium heat for 1 minute, until softened, but not browned
2. Stir in the chicken broth, corn and shrimp
3. Bring the soup to a boil, stirring occasionally
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with cilantro leaves
