Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
-1 cup mango, peeled and diced
-1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
-1/2 cup crushed ice
-soy milk, optional

1. Place mango, yogurt and ice in a blender or food processor and blend or process
2. If too thick, add a little milk
3. Serve right away
