-1 ripe medium banana
-3/4 cup fresh blueberries
-1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
-3/4 cup soy milk
-Pinch of cinnamon
-1/2 cup crushed ice

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
2. Pour in tall glasses and serve
