Ingredients:

-1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
-1/2 cup shredded yellow cabbage
-5 carrots, shredded
-1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
-1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
-1 cup Mung bean sprouts
-1 pack springs roll sheets

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
2. Spoon a small amount of the mixture onto one end of each spring roll sheet and roll into a cone shape
