Ingredients:

-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 teaspoons whole cumin seeds

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Place potato wedges on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and cumin seeds
3. Roast in an oven for 30-40 minutes, until crispy
4. Shake the baking tray frequently during cooking to prevent sticking
5. Serve warm
