Ingredients:

-2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-freshly ground pepper
-fresh lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Combine the asparagus, oil, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet
3. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet
4. Roast, tossing once, until tender, 10-15 minutes
5. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving, warm or at room temperature
