Ingredients:

-1/2 cup oil
-1/4 cup wine vinegar
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
-1 pound mushrooms, sm. or cut bite-size
-1/2 green pepper
-3 stalks celery
-1 can small pitted ripe olives

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 6hours or overnight.
