Ingredients

-6 pan-dressed tilapia fillets
-2 cup dry breadcrumbs
-3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 cup parsley, chopped
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon oregano
-1/4 teaspoon basil
-2 teaspoon salt or to taste
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-3/4 cup cooking oil
-lemon wedges

1. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper
2. Dip tilapia fillets in oil and roll in crumb mixture
3. Arrange the tilapia fillets in well-greased 14″ by 9″ by 2″ baking dish
4. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes
5. Garnish with lemon wedges
