Ingredients:

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/4 teaspoon cumin
-1/8 teaspoon black pepper
-1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
-36 (2 1/2 pounds) shrimp, peeled

1. Mix all ingredients (except shrimp) in a bowl
2. Add shrimp and make sure every single shrimp is coated with spices
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours
4. Heat a large skillet and sprinkle with oil
5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side
6. Serve over rice or green salad
