Ingredients:

-1 lb. peeled shrimp (leave tails on)
-8 tablespoons olive oil
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-3 tablespoons snipped fresh Italian parsley
-6 tablespoons white wine

Shrimp Scampi

1. In a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat
2. Add garlic and shrimp
3. Cook stirring frequently for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink
4. Stir in parsley and wine
5. Serve immediately
