Ingredients:

-2 lbs. large shrimp, peeled, deveined, rinsed
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-3 large cloves garlic, finely minced
-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-2 teaspoons dry white wine
-1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
-cayenne pepper
-lemon wedges

1. Shell shrimp and devein along the back. Rinse and pat dry
2. Heat butter, oil, and garlic about 2 minutes over medium heat. Add shrimp, stirring every now and then until the shrimp turn pink, about 7 minutes
3. Remove shrimp from heat and stir in lemon juice, wine, and parsley. Add a dash of cayenne pepeer to taste
4. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges
