Ingredients:

-1 tablespoon oil
-4 salmon fillets (1 lb.)
-1 cup fat free milk
-1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
-1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
2. Add salmon; cook 5 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork
3. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm
4. Add milk and cream cheese spread to skillet; cook and stir until cream cheese spread is melted and mixture is well blended
5. Stir in cucumbers and dill
6. Return salmon to skillet
7. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through
8. Serve salmon topped with the cream cheese sauce
