Pesto Halibut Kebabs

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 pounds halibut, cut into chunks
-1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks
-3 tablespoons prepared basil pesto
-2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat broiler
2. Place fish and bell pepper in a shallow dish
3. Drizzle pesto and vinegar over fish mixture; toss to coat
4. Let fish mixture stand 5 minutes
5. Thread fish and pepper alternately onto each of 4 skewers; sprinkle with salt
6. Place skewers on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray
7. Broil for 8 minutes, turning once
