Ingredients:
-1 can crabment
-2 tsp horseradish
-1/2 bunch fresh cilatro, chopped
-1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
-2 tbsp mayonaise
-old bay seasoning to taste
-1 egg
-1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1. Mix ingredients together
2. In an oven proof skillet saute crab cakes in 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until
bottom is firm (do not turn over)
3. Place skillet in oven and broil approximately 10 minutes
