Ingredients:

-2 cans (4.5 oz. each) Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained
-1/4 cup chopped celery
-1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
-2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
-2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
-4 tomato slices
-4 lettuce leaves

1. Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, yogurt and pepper
2. Divide chicken mixture among 4 bread slices
3. Top with tomato, lettuce and remaining bread slices. Serves 4.
