Ingredients:

-2 tuna steaks (4-oz each)
-2 teaspoon olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-3 cups spinach leaves
-1 cup shredded green cabbage
-1 cup shredded red cabbage
-1 cup shredded carrots
-1/4 cup Good Seasons Asian Sesame with Ginger Dressing
-1/4 cup peanuts

1. Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and season with pepper
2. Grill tuna 4 to 5 minutes on each side
3. Place spinach in a large bowl
4. Add cabbage and carrots, and mix lightly
5. Add dressing and toss to coat
6. Cut tuna into slices and place on top of the salad
7. Spinkle with the peanuts
