Ingredients:

-2 (16 oz each) cans Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
-1/2 cup roasted red peppers, cut into bite-size strips
-1/2 cup olive oil vinaigrette
-2 green onions, sliced
-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-1 teaspoon ground cumin

1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving
