Ingredients:

-2 cups fresh broccoli florets
-2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
-1 medium seedless cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
-1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
-1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
-1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, mushrooms, tomatoes and onion
2. Add dressing; toss to coat
3. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight
