Ingredients for Dressing:

-1/8 cup soy sauce, lite
-1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
-2 tsp. garlic, minced
-1/8 cup lemon juice, fresh
-2 tsp. sesame oil
-2 tsp. white wine vinegar
-1 tsp. olive oil, extra virgin
-1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
-1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Ingredients for Salad:

-7 cups romaine lettuce, chopped, rinsed
-3/4 cup snow peas, cut in thirds
-1/2 red pepper, medium, sliced thin
-1/2 yellow pepper, medium, sliced thin
-1 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
-1 1/2 cup baby carrots, sliced
-8 oz. flank steak, trimmed, grilled and chilled

1. Whisk together first 10 ingredients. Set dressing aside.
2. Toss salad ingredients in large bowl.
3. Slice grilled flank steak and add to salad.
4. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
5. Serve cold.
