Ingredients:

-6 cups chopped Savoy cabbage
-1/2 cup chopped scallion
-1 tablespoon minced garlic
-1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
-1 tablespoon chicken broth
-1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
-salt to taste
-pepper to taste

1. Heat 1 tablespoon broth in a large stainless steel skillet
2. Sauté cabbage, scallion, garlic, and ginger over medium heat for 3-4 minutes stirring frequently
3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste
