Ingredients:

-1 (12-ounce) can white tuna in water, drained
-1 cup frozen petite green peas, thawed
-3/4 cup chopped celery
-3/4 cup mayonnaise
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 teaspoon curry powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper

-1 (10-ounce) package mixed salad greens
-3/4 cup chow mein noodles

1. Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl
2. Cover and chill at least 1 hour
3. Serve over greens, and sprinkle with chow mein noodles
