Cauliflower Radish Salad

Ingredients:
-5 cups cauliflowerets
-4 tablespoons sliced green onions
-2 cups thinly sliced radishes
-7 tablespoons olive oil
-7 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
-3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
-black pepper to taste
-salt to taste

1. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, radishes, onions, parsley, dill, salt and pepper
2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and lemon juice
3. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat
4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
