Ingredients:

-1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
-1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
-1 teaspoon sugar syrup
-3/4 cup white rum
-Crushed Ice

1. Place the mango and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade
2. Process until blended
3. Add the sugar syrup and the rum
4. Pulse to mix
5. Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice

Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
