Ingredients:

-2 cups mango juice
-1 cup pineapple juice
-1/3 cup coconut rum
-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-pineapple wedges

1. In a metal cake pan, stir together mango and pineapple juices, coconut rum, granulated sugar and lemon juice; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
2. Scrape into blender; pulse until smooth.
3. Garnish each serving with pineapple.
