Ingredients:

-4 split chicken breasts, grilled or sauté and diced
-1/4 cup bean sprouts
-1/4 cup diced celery
-1/4 cup water chestnuts
-2 diced scallions
-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-salt and pepper to taste
-3-4 tablespoons low fat Mayo
-pita bread

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
2. Fill Pita Bread with this mixture
