Ingredients:

-1/2 cup Honey Mustard
-1/4 cup orange marmalade
-2 tablespoons finely chopped peeled gingerroot
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound)

1. Mix mustard, marmalade, ginger and garlic
2. Place chicken in plastic bag
3. Pour 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture over chicken and turn to coat
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
5. Remove chicken from mustard mixture (discard mustard mixture)
6. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through
7. Heat remaining mustard mixture
8. Serve over chicken
