Ingredients:

-1 tablespoon olive oil
-4 boneless chicken breast halves
-1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
-1 1/2 cups water
-1 package (1.25 oz.) teriyaki seasoning mix
-1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
-1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice

1. Heat oil in skillet
2. Add chicken and cook until browned; remove chicken
3. Add soup, water, seasoning mix and vegetables
4. Heat to a boil
5. Stir in rice
6. Top with chicken
7. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done
