Ingredients:

-1 tablespoon oil
-1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
-1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
-1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
-2 tablespoons flour
-6 Flour Tortillas, cut into small pieces
-1 cup Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
-1/2 cup Salsa

1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
2. Add chicken and cook 7 minutes, or until cooked through
3. Mix broth, dressing and flour until well blended
4. Gradually add broth mixture to skillet stirring constantly
5. Add tortillas and stir to combine, and bring to boil
6. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes
7. Sprinkle with cheese and cover
8. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
9. Top with salsa and serve
