Ingredients:

-1 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
-1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
-1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced
-1/3 cup pine nuts, chopped
-2 tablespoons water
-1/8 teaspoon sugar

1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, water, and sugar
2. Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight
3. Serve over salad
