Ingredients:

-2 pints fresh strawberries
-1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1. Place the strawberries in a food processor and process them into a chunky puree
2. Transfer the puree to a small saucepan over low heat and heat just until warm
3. Stir in the lemon juice and maple syrup
4. Serve over pancakes
