Ingredients:

-4 medium tomatoes,seeded, and chopped
-1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced
-1/2 red onion, diced
-1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
-2 tablespoons basil, chopped
-1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
-1/4 cup fresh lime juice
-1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
-Salt and Pepper to taste

Salsa

1. Combine all ingredients, and season to taste
2. Refrigerate for an hour
3. Serve with grilled fish or chicken
