Nectarine Salsa

Ingredients:
-2 peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
-2 nectarines, peeled, pitted and diced
-1/4 cup minced red onion
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
-4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper
2. Toss gently to mix
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend
4. Stir in the salt and pepper just before serving
5. Serve with chips
