Ingredients:

-2 garlic cloves, peeled
-1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
-1/4 cup lemon juice
-3 tablespoons water
-2 tablespoon tahini
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-pita breads, cut into wedges

1. Process garlic in a food processor until minced
2. Add the beans, lemon juice, water, tahini, cumin, salt and pepper; cover and process until smooth
3. Transfer to a small bowl
4. Serve with pita wedges
