Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
-1-8 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
-1 cup mayonnaise
-1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
-Greek olives (optional)
-crackers
1. Mix hearts, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese in a baking dish
2. If you like Greek olives, scatter some on top
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until it starts to brown and bubble
Serve with crisp, sturdy, salted crackers
