Ingredients:

-4 squares BAKER’S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
-3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
-2 cups sugar
-3 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-2 cups flour

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted
3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted
4. Stir in sugar
5. Blend in eggs and vanilla
6. Add flour and mix well
7. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until dough is easy to handle
8. Shape dough into 1-inch balls
9. Place, 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheets
10. Bake 8 minutes or just until set. (Do not overbake)
11. Cool completely before serving
