Ingredients:

-1 pint (2 cups) raspberry sorbet or sherbet, softened
-1 cup cold fat free milk
-1 pakage (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
-1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
-1 cup fresh raspberries

1. Line 9×5-inch loaf pan with foil
2. Spoon sorbet into pan and freeze for 10 minutes
3. Pour milk into large bowl and add dry pudding mix
4. Beat with wire whisk about 2 minutes or until well blended
5. Gently stir in whipped topping
6. Spread evenly over sorbet in pan
7. Freeze 3 hours or overnight
8. To serve, invert pan onto plate and remove foil
9. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes to soften slightly before cutting into 12 slices
10. Top each slice evenly with raspberries
