Peach Crisp

Ingredients:
Fruit Mixture
-8 to 10 medium fresh sliced peeled peaches,
-1 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired
Topping
-1 cup rolled oats
-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
-3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
-1/2 cup butter, softened

1. Heat oven to 375 degree F
2. Place peaches in ungreased 2-quart baking dish
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon
4. In large bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix until crumbly
5. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over peaches
6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown
7. Serve warm
