Ingredients:

-3/4 cup sugar
-1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
-dash of ground nutmeg
-2 tsp. ground cinnamon
-1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
-1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-2 loaves white bread dough

1. Mix sugars, nutmeg, cinnamon, and nuts in small bowl and set aside
2. Over low flame, blend the butter and cream, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy. Pour into a 9″x13″ glass baking dish and set aside
3. Take one loaf of the white bread dough and spread out into a 5″x12″ rectangle on a lightly floured pastry cloth or a floured, clean surface
4. Sprinkle with half of the nut mixture, roll it up, and cut into three pieces. Do the same for the other loaf
5. Place the cinnamon spins in the baking dish on top of the cream mixture. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until they double in size (about 1 hour)
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and let cool 15-20 minutes before turning over onto a platter and serving
