Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
-1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
-3 cups powdered sugar
-1 1/2 packages (12 squares) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
-1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
-walnuts, optional coating
-unsweetened cocoa, optional coating
-powdered sugar, optional coating
-coconut flakes, optional coating
1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth
2. Gradually add sugar, mixing until well blended
3. Add melted chocolate and vanilla, and mix well
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled
5. Shape into 1-inch balls
6. Roll in walnuts, cocoa, powdered sugar or coconut
7. Store in refrigerator
