Ingredients:

-1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
-1 3/4 cups brown sugar
-3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
-1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 1/4 cups buttermilk
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 eggs
-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 cup boiling water
-Confectioners’ sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl and slowly whisk in wet ingredients
3. Pour into greased 9 by 12-inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes
4. Cool for few minutes
5. Dust with confectioners’ sugar and serve
