-1 package (19.5 oz) brownie mix
-1 container (16 oz) sour cream
-1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
-1 tablespoon powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-Baker’s chocolate for frosting (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; stir in 1/2 cup sour cream
3. Spoon into greased and floured round cake pan
4. Bake 45 minutes; cool 10 minutes
5. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely
6. Mix remaining sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
7. Cut cakes horizontally in half
8. Place bottom half on plate and spread half of the sour cream mixture
9. Cover the top layer with remaining sour cream mixture or melt chocolate and pour over the top
10. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
