Ingredients:

-1 (10 inch) Angel Food cake
-10 oz. package strawberries, partially thawed
-2 cups whipping cream
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla

1. With knife, make slits at 1 inch intervals around top of cake between center and rim, cutting through cake from top to bottom
2. Insert strawberries into slits
3. Spoon juice over berries
4. Whip cream with vanilla and sugar
5. Frost entire cake
6. Refrigerate 2-3 hours
