Ingredients:

-2 cups of walnuts
-1 cup of pitted dates
-1 cup of frozen blueberries
-1/4 cup of raw carob
-Crushed walnut to roll the truffles in

1. Blend the walnuts, dates, raw carob and blue berries in a food processor until the mixture is smooth
2. Shape the mixture into 10 small balls and roll them in crushed walnut
