Smoothies


Ingredients:

-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 cup yogurt
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-2 teaspoons honey

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth

Ingredients:

-2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
-1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
-2 tablespoons apple juice, from frozen concentrate
-Ice
-Honeydew melon slices, for garnish

1. In a blender, combine melon, yogurt, and apple juice concentrate
2. Blend until smooth
3. With blender running, add ice until frothy
4. Pour into 2 (16-ounce) glasses and garnish with sliced melon

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
-1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
-1 1/2 cup chopped papayas, chilled
-1 large peach, peeled and cubed
-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-1 tablespoon honey

1. In blender, combine soy milk and orange juice; add papaya, peach, lemon juice and honey
2. Cover and blend until smooth
3. Serve immediately
Smoothie

Ingredients:

-2 bananas
-1 cup soy milk
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-3 ice cubes

Banana Smoothie

1. Using a blender, add milk, cut up bananas, and vanilla
2. Blend for 2 minutes
3. Then add ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds
4. Serve in tall glasses immediately

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

-1 ripe medium banana
-3/4 cup fresh blueberries
-1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
-3/4 cup soy milk
-Pinch of cinnamon
-1/2 cup crushed ice

Blueberry Smoothie

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
2. Pour in tall glasses and serve

Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

-1 cup mango, peeled and diced
-1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
-1/2 cup crushed ice
-soy milk, optional

Mango Smoothie

1. Place mango, yogurt and ice in a blender or food processor and blend or process
2. If too thick, add a little milk
3. Serve right away

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Drink
-3/4 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries)
-1 (6 oz) container yogurt
-1/2 banana, cut into slices

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend for a few seconds on high speed, until all ingredients are combined
3. Pour into a tall glasses

-1 teaspoon honey

1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

-3/4 cup plain yogurt
-1/4 cup cherry juice
-1 tablespoon honey
-1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth
2. Pour into a smoothie glass

Ingredients:

-4 slices of chopped watermelon
-16 cubes of ice
-1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
-5 strawberries with tops off

1. Put all the ice into the blender and blend for about 5 seconds or until it is partially crushed
2. Add the watermelon, strawberries, and sugar and blend with the ice in the blender until the texture is smooth
3. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed
-5 cubes ice
-3 tablespoons white sugar
-1 1/3 cups milk
-1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
-1 scoop vanilla ice cream

1. Place avocado, ice, sugar, milk, lemon juice, and ice cream into a blender
2. Puree until smooth
3. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1 quart strawberries, hulled
-1 banana, broken into chunks
-2 peaches
-1 cup mango juice
-2 cups ice

1. In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches
2. Blend until fruit is pureed
3. Blend in the juice
4. Add ice and blend to desired consistency
5. Pour into 2 glasses and serve

-1/3 cup milk

-1 kiwi

-12-oz. tofu (silken)
-1 1/2 cups raspberries
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 tsp vanilla extact

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, about 6 minutes
2. Divide into four individual serving dishes and chill for at least two hours before serving
3. Garnish each portion with whole raspberries
