Ingredients:

-4 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1. Puree melon in food processor
2. Add sugar and lime juice; pulse until sugar is dissolved
3. Pour into shallow metal baking pan
4. Freeze about 2 hours, stirring every hour, mixing ice crystals into middle
5. Let granita stand for 5 minutes at room temperature
6. Scrape into chilled glasses and serve right away

Ingredients:

-4 cups cold watermelon chunks
-8 mint leaves
-ice

1. Run the blender at medium speed and drop chunks of watermelon through the feed hole one at a time until they are well integrated.
2. Add the mint and run the blender at medium speed for 1 minute until the watermelon has liquefied.
3. Pour into glasses over ice and enjoy!

Watermelon Frappe

Ingredients:

-2 cups mango juice
-1 cup pineapple juice
-1/3 cup coconut rum
-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-pineapple wedges

1. In a metal cake pan, stir together mango and pineapple juices, coconut rum, granulated sugar and lemon juice; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
2. Scrape into blender; pulse until smooth.
3. Garnish each serving with pineapple.

Ingredients:

-2/3 cup sugar
-4 large basil sprigs, plus more for garnish
-2/3 cup fresh lime juice
-1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
-1/3 cup fresh orange juice
-2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
-1 cup gin

1. Bring sugar and 1/3 cup water to a simmer in saucepan
2. Stir in basil, and remove from heat
3. Let steep 30 minutes
4. Pour lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, and raspberries into blender
5. Strain basil syrup into blender, pressing on basil leaves
6. Blend until smooth, and strain into pitcher
7. Stir in gin
8. Divide between 6 glasses filled with ice, and garnish with basil sprigs

Ingredients:

-4 cups crushed ice
-2 cups pomegranate juice
-1/2 cup ginger ale
-1/4 cup brandy
-1 (750ml) bottle sparkling wine

1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher
2. Pour about 1 cup of the mixture into each of 8 glasses
3. Serve

Ingredients:

-handful fresh mint leaves
-3 whole fresh raspberries
-juice of 1 lime
-2 teaspoons sugar
-ice
-1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
-splash club soda

1. In a highball glass, muddle the mint, raspberries, lime juice and sugar
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add the rum and shake for 15 seconds
3. Pour into the glass and top with the club soda

Ingredients:

-6 cups water, divided
-3 cups fresh blackberries
-1 cup sugar
-2/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
-8 thin lime slices
-fresh blackberries

1. Place 1 cup water and 3 cups blackberries in a blender; process until smooth
2. Press blackberry puree through a sieve into a large pitcher; discard seeds
3. Add remaining 5 cups water, sugar, and juice to pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves
4. Place 1 lime slice and a few blackberries into each of 8 glasses; pour about 1 cup limeade over each serving

-3/4 cup sugar
-2 cups water, divided

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water
2. Cook and stir over high heat until sugar is completely dissolved
3. Remove from the heat
4. Press raspberries through a sieve; discard seeds

6. Transfer to a freezer container
7. Cover and freeze for 12 hours, stirring occasionally
8. To serve, combine the raspberry mixture and ginger ale in a pitcher

-1 cup mango, peeled and diced
-1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
-1/2 cup crushed ice
-soy milk, optional

Mango Smoothie

1. Place mango, yogurt and ice in a blender or food processor and blend or process
2. If too thick, add a little milk
3. Serve right away

Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

-1 gallon cranberry-apple juice, chilled
-1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice, chilled
-1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade, thawed

1. In a large punch bowl, combine the juices
2. Stir in lemonade concentrate
3. Serve immediately

Ingredients:

-3 3/4 cups fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons), divide
-2 cups sugar
-5 cups water, divided
-1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

1. In a large saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups lemon juice, sugar, 1 cup water and lemon peel
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, about 4 minutes
3. Remove from the heat
4. Stir in remaining lemon juice and water
5. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled
6. Serve over rice

Ingredients:

-juice of 2 red grapefruits
-8 large strawberries
-2 medium bananas, sliced
-1 (8 ounce) container strawberry-banana yogurt
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 cup crushed ice

1. Place the grapefruit juice, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, honey, and ice into a blender
2. Cover, and blend until smooth
3. Serve immediately

Ingredients:

-10 large ripe strawberries, washed and hulled
-8 ounces plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons honey
-1/4 cup cold water
-6 ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in blender
2. Blend on high until smooth
3. Serve in tall glasses

Lassi

Ingredients:

-4 cups cold watermelon chunks
-3 tablespoons honey
-8 mint leaves

-1 ounce orange juice
-Club Soda

1. Pour cranberry juice cocktail and orange juice into a glass with ice
2. Top with club soda
3. Garnish with orange wedge

Lemonade

Ingredients:

-3 cups fresh lemon juice, about 20 lemons
-3 cups Basil Simple Syrup, recipe follows
-3 cups sparkling water
-Ice
-Lemon twists, for garnish

1. Mix lemon juice, Basil Simple Syrup, and water together in a pitcher
2. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve
3. Pour over ice filled glasses and garnish with a lemon twist

Basil Simple Syrup:
-1 bunch fresh basil, washed and stemmed
-2 cups sugar
-1 cup water

1. In a saucepan combine basil, sugar, and water and simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 5 minutes
2. Cool, strain the syrup, and store in the refrigerator

Ingredients:

-4 cups water
-2/3 cups loosely packed fresh mint leaves
-2 tablespoons sugar
-10 lemon herbal tea bags
-3 1/2 cups cranberry juice
-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-ice cubes
-lemon slices

1. In a large saucepan, bring water, mint leaves and sugar to a boil
2. Remove from the heat; add tea bags
3. Cover and steep for 15 minutes
4. Discard tea bags
5. Cover and let stand 45 minutes longer
6. Strain and discard mint leaves
7. Stir the cranberry and lemon juices into tea
8. Serve over ice with lemon slices

Ingredients:

-3 tablespoons honey
-1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
-1 cup pomegranate juice
-2 1/2 cups water
-crushed ice

1. Combine honey and lemon juice
2. Stir well to dissolve
3. Pour lemon mixture and pomegranate juice into a pitcher, and stir well
4. Add 2 1/2 cups water
5. Pour into 4 tall glasses
6. Add crushed ice as needed to each glass

Ingredients:

-1 packet Crystal Light On The Go Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice Flavor
-1 2/3 cups water
-1/3 cup grapefruit or cranberry juice
-lime wedges for garnish

1. Place drink mix in large measuring cup
2. Add water and juice; stir until mix is dissolved
3. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses
4. Garnish with lime wedges

1. Juice the mango, limes, and apples in a juice machine
2. Serve over ice

Ingredient:

-1 1/2 cups cold water
-1 cup cold orange juice
-2 tablespoons lime juice
-1 tub Crystal Light Tropical Passions Strawberry Kiwi Soft Drink Mix
-4 cups ice cubes

1. Place water, orange juice, lime juice and drink mix in blender container; cover
2. Blend until drink mix is dissolved
3. Add ice; cover
4. Blend on high speed until smooth

ingredients:

-1 tub Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Flavor Soft Drink Mix
-4 cups cold cranberry juice cocktail
-1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled

1. Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher
2. Add cranberry juice cocktail; stir until drink mix is dissolved
3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled
4. Stir in club soda when ready to serve
5. Serve over ice cubes

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup very strong coffee
-2 cup ice cubes
-1 cup sweetened condensed milk
-1/2 cup double-chocolate chips
-1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
-1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients, except whipped topping and chocolate syrup, and pulse until smooth
2. Divide into 2 glasses
3. Top with non-dairy whipped topping, piped from a plastic bag with a star tip inserted into a snipped corner of the bag
4. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and enjoy

Ingredients:

-1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
-1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes)
-1 teaspoon sugar syrup
-3/4 cup white rum
-Crushed Ice

1. Place the mango and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade
2. Process until blended
3. Add the sugar syrup and the rum
4. Pulse to mix
5. Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice

Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.

-1/2 cup ground Coffee
-1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
-3 cups cold water

1. Place coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker
2. Pour condensed milk into empty pot of coffee maker
3. Prepare coffee with cold water
4. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended
5. Pour into 4 large mugs to serve

-1 1/2 cups sugar
-5 cups water
-2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored gelatin mix
-1 (23 ounce) can pineapple juice
-2/3 cup lemon juice
-1 quart orange juice

1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, and gelatin
2. Boil for 3 minutes
3. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice
4. Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 separate containers
5. When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in lemon-lime soda until slushy

1. In a small pitcher, combine the sparkling water and limoncello
