Ingredients:

-1 large bag tortilla chips, preferably the round ones
-1 can refried beans
-1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, thinli sliced into 1-inch squares
-1 jar jalapeno pepper slices

1. Spread tortilla chips with refried beans
2. Top each chip with a slice of cheese and a slice or two of jalapenos
3. On a cookie sheet covered with foil, line up nachitos and top in the oven at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
4. Remove and serve
