Ingredients:

-1 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
-4 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
-4 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
-6 oz smoked salmon
-2 teaspoons chives, chopped

1. Mix dill, chives and cream cheese together
2. Brush each cucumber slice with cream cheese mixture
3. Top half of the cucumber slices with smoked salmon and cover with the other half of the cucumber slices
4. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes before serving
