Cranberry & Oat Bars

Ingredients:
-1 cup dried cranberries
-1/4 cup orange juice
-1 1/2 cups flour
-1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
-1 teaspoon Baking Powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, softened

Ingredients:
-8 1/2 Honey Maid Honey Grahams, broken in half
-6 squares Baker’s Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate
-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Mint Thins

Ingredients:
-1 package (8 squares) Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate
-1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
-1 sleeve Ritz Crackers (35 crackers)
-1 peppermint candy cane, crushed
1. Microwave chocolate in a small bowl as directed on package
2. Stir until completely melted
3. Blend in extract
4. Dip crackers in melted chocolate, completely coating crackers with chocolate

Mediterranean Marinated Cheese

Ingredients:
-1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese
-1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
-1 clove garlic, sliced
-2 small sprigs fresh rosemary, stems removed
-6 sprigs fresh thyme, cut into pieces
-1 teaspoon black peppercorns

-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-4 tablespoons lime juice

Sweet Pepper-Ham Wraps

Ingredients:
-1 red pepper
-1 green pepper
-2 tablespoons Cream Cheese, softened
-12 slices Shaved Smoked Ham
1. Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds
2. Cut each piece into three lengthwise strips
3. Dry insides with paper towel; spread evenly with cream cheese
4. Place one pepper strip on each ham slice; wrap ham around pepper

-2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
-2 tablespoons white sesame seeds

Ingredients:
-2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
-1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
-2 tablespoons apple juice, from frozen concentrate
-Ice
-Honeydew melon slices, for garnish
