Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients
-4 mahi mahi fillets
-2 tablespoons butter, divided
-1 clove garlic
-1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 teaspoon honey
-1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
-juice of 2 red grapefruits
-8 large strawberries
-2 medium bananas, sliced
-1 (8 ounce) container strawberry-banana yogurt
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 cup crushed ice
1. Place the grapefruit juice, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, honey, and ice into a blender

Strawberry Lassi

Ingredients:
-10 large ripe strawberries, washed and hulled
-8 ounces plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons honey
-1/4 cup cold water

Watermelon Frappe

-3 tablespoons honey
