Cucumber and Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
-1/2 small English cucumber, sliced
-2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
-1 tablespoon snipped chives
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
